To be eligible to register to vote, you must:
- be a citizen of the United States
- be 18 or older on or before the General Election
- not be a convicted felon. If you have been convicted of
a felony, your civil rights must have been restored.
- not have been judged “mentally incompetent” in a court of law.
New registrations, address changes, or name changes must be made no later than April 21, 2014, by close of business day, for the Primary Election.
- IT’S EASY TO REGISTER
- Print and complete the registration form.
- Drop off the registration card at the Election Center, any Jefferson County Clerk branch or office, or any Circuit Court Clerk’s driver’s license branch.
